Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the website for online loan applications and also launch a kamyab jawan program.
Assistant Special Usman Dar said that duties will be given to the youth under National Bank, Bank of Punjab, Bank of Khyber. He will lend Rs 10,000 to Rs 50 lakh to men and women aged 21 to 45 years.
Usman Dar said at the press conference that merit and transparency will be maintained in kamyab jawaan program. The kamyab jawan program will be expanded to all four Federal, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. There will be no recommendation or political approach under the kamyab jawan program.
The loan will be available for 30 to 45 days after applying online, he said. One person from one family will be given a loan. Loans will be refunded in a period of time from one year to 8 years.
He said that loans will come on a first-come-first-served basis. The Steering Committee has been formed on a kamyab jawan program that will hold accountability.
Usman Dar said that 250 business ideas have been put on the website of the kamyab jawan program. The National Youth Development Framework has been created. The National Youth Council has been formed which led to the membership of the SCO. Under the kamyab jawan program, millions of young people will be employed.
